During my recent stay at the Oriental Residency in Mumbai, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and comfort provided. The room was spacious and equipped with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi, which made unwinding after my adventures in the city a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the contemporary Soul restaurant, where the variety of international and Indian delicacies did not disappoint-perfect fuel for a day of exploration. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional staff-Sanjiv, the manager, ensured everything ran smoothly, making me feel right at home. The front desk was always ready to assist with local insights, encouraging my impulse to dive deeper into Mumbai's vibrant culture. The attentive housekeeping staff maintained exemplary cleanliness, which is always reassuring. It's safe to say, should I return to Mumbai, the Oriental Residency will be my go-to choice for its welcoming atmosphere and fantastic service.
